STM becomes part of NTE Holding and changes its name.

From July 1^st, 2021 the Company STM S.r.l., becomes part of the NTE HOLDING Group with the new name STM Microtec S.r.l.

The entry into the Holding takes place in respect for and continuity of the 50-year history of STM, as well as the Company growth thanks to the investment already planned.

This new milestone represents a further step in STM’s growth path.
